Most home surveys take between 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the size and structure of your property. Larger homes or those with multiple insulation zones (like loft and underfloor) may take slightly longer, but we always work efficiently and respectfully within your schedule.

You don’t need to do much — just ensure safe access to any relevant areas, such as your loft hatch or underfloor openings (if applicable). There’s no need to deep-clean or rearrange your home. Our surveyors work carefully and leave your space as they found it.

Absolutely not. Our survey is purely informational. We provide honest feedback on your eligibility and available options, but the choice to proceed is entirely yours. Our goal is to support your decision, not to push a sale.

Yes! Landlords are encouraged to apply — especially those with tenants who may qualify under income or benefit-based criteria. If the property meets government guidelines, landlords can receive funding for upgrades. We’ll help assess this during the survey.
