What’s Included?

You’ll get professional installation of an air source or ground source heat pump, complete with smart heating controls. The scheme also covers the safe removal of your old boiler, necessary pipework adaptation, and a full assessment of your home’s heating needs.

Who Can Apply?

This grant is open to homeowners in England or Wales, especially those with off-gas grid properties. An EPC rating of D or higher is typically required, and private landlords can apply for eligible rental homes.

Govt Backed

You may receive a £5,000 grant for an air source heat pump or £6,000 for a ground source system. There are no repayments, and all grant handling is managed by certified MCS installers.
